The process of buying a puppy from us is straightforward:

1. Please make contact to discuss your interest. We do ask basic questions to ascertain that a Goldendoodle is both right for you and whether you are genuinely able to offer an appropriate home. We prefer to speak over the phone.

2. We then require an initial £100 deposit that is refundable if you change your mind. We ask for this to ensure only genuinely interested prospective owners are added to our waitlist and WhatsApp group.

3. Once puppies are born, we confirm numbers and those that wish to commit, sign a contract and pay a non-refundable deposit of £250. Puppies may be seen via facetime calls, video and picture updates until they are 5 weeks old. Once they reach this age, they can be viewed in person and selected if you have not already chosen one and there are pups still available. Please note that if you do not wish to pay the £250 non-refundable deposit, you cannot secure a puppy and we sell them on a first come first served basis regardless of whether you paid the initial £100 deposit. 

4. Your puppy will be ready to leave with you when they are 8 weeks old. At that time, you will pay your final balance. Your puppy will have had a first groom, first set of vaccinations, been microchipped and wormed.

5. Puppies come with a Puppy Pack that includes all the information you need to make a success of training and caring for your puppy, including comprehensive grooming information, free slicker brush and an exclusive free online puppy training session with Pupmeister.

6. Sweet Pea Doodles provides advice and support once you have taken your puppy home.
